Collectives: The most important place for a medical marijuana patient

There are ten patients for medical marijuana. Let us suppose that you asked each one of them, “What are collectives?” each one of them will have different answers. Ever wondered, why? Well this is because a collective can play a vital role in the life of each patient. For each patient, a collective is a place from where they get the ritual or medical on daily, weekly or monthly basis.

There are a range of patients who even sign up at these collectives to be the vendors or “caregivers.” The concept of caregivers works as a team, because they can provide their fellow patients with their much-needed excess meds. From a lot of collective places, one can get MMJ related services or goods, concentrates, drinks, edibles and even clones.

One needs to understand that co-ops, dispensaries and a collective are all different terms- at least, when the question is about their operation or legality. The dispensaries are different from a concept of collective because of their profit-making model. Actually, many dispensaries just sell their products and services to anyone and everyone, unlike a collective. In the case of latter, the products and services are provided only to the members, which make the entire system more legalized.

Also, the dispensaries and collective differ on the grounds of business model. The former is more prone to raids, confiscation and shut down. A collective does not get such haunting treatments.

In order to find your collective in the neighbourhood, you should research well and check whether it is actually a collective or not.
